As hybrid work becomes more common, organizations increasingly need to bring office-based and remote employees into the same collaborative workflows. Solution
Sigma Technology worked with FlatFrog to build a new web application giving users access to its cloud-based digital whiteboard with effectively zero setup effort. A key part of the work was integrating with Microsoft Teams, so that distributed teams could join the interactive whiteboard directly from the communication tool they already use.
Results
The new solution gives users a low-effort way into the digital whiteboard and, according to the source, is used for daily stand-ups, project planning, brainstorming, retrospectives and follow-up meetings. Further development is currently focused on user management and continuing to improve the overall experience.
